Same Day Delivery
	Same day delivery Same day delivery is available on orders for delivery in the UK and Ireland. Orders must be received by us by 1pm.   If you miss this cut off time please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1883 730 730 and we will try our very best to have your order delivered same day.
Delivery Times
	Normally delivery is made during working hours (9am – 6pm) with the following exceptions: Funeral flowers are usually delivered 2 hours prior to the funeral or as requested.   Guaranteed deliveries AM (before 1pm) and PM are available at an additional cost of £3. We can also arrange for an Express Delivery Service (within 3 hours) for an additional cost of £5.50. For all these services please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1883 730 730
Making the delivery
	There are a few very rural areas of the UK which have no local florist shop which deliver to them. Should you have selected such an area we will notify you as soon as possible. If the recipient is not home when the florist calls, your order will be left in a safe place if available (i.e. with a neighbour) or where this is not possible the flowers will be returned to the shop. In both cases a calling card will left at the address to let the recipient know we have attempted to deliver and where their flowers are.
Delivery to work addresses, hospitals, hotels etc
	If your order is for delivery to a non-residental address please try to provide as much information as possible. Please include business names, departments, hospital wards, hotel room numbers etc. A telephone number can also help to ensure your order is not delayed.
Sunday and Bank Holidays
	There is no delivery service on Sundays and Bank Holidays apart from Mothers Day and other peak days where appropriate. Where we can offer a service there is normally a supplementary delivery charge. Please note our sales office is also closed on Sunday and Bank Holidays and orders received for delivery on these days will be processed for delivery on the next working day.
Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas
	These are very busy times for florists. It is essential we receive your order in good time to be able to fulfil your delivery. To avoid disappointment (as cut off times are earlier at these times) we recommend that all orders are placed at least two days in advance.
